At MinnGlow Aesthetics, we want you to love your skincare and wellness products as much as we do. Because our products are medical-grade and carefully formulated for safety and efficacy, all sales are considered final once they leave the clinic.
That said, your satisfaction matters — if there’s a concern with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
- Unopened, unused retail items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for in-store credit only.
- Items must be in their original packaging and condition and accompanied by your receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase or delivery. We’ll happily replace or exchange the item once verified.
Skincare Tolerance
Reactions are rare with our professional brands (such as Epionce®), but every skin type is unique. If irritation occurs, stop using the product immediately and contact the clinic for guidance — we can help troubleshoot and find an alternative.
