At MinnGlow Aesthetics, we are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients’ personal and health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and industry best practices.

Our Privacy Promise:

• All medical records, treatment history, and client forms are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
• Client information will never be shared, discussed, or disclosed to any third party without the client’s written consent, unless required by law.
• Digital client data is protected by password-secured systems and privacy protocols.
• Any photos taken before or after treatment for documentation or marketing purposes will only be used with signed client consent.

Your Rights as a Client:

• You have the right to request access to your records at any time.
• You may ask for corrections or clarification to your documented information.
• You may revoke consent for communication or marketing use at any time.
