Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.
Touch-Up Policy
We want you to love your results!
Touch-up appointments are available within 2 weeks of your initial treatment. If, after 2 weeks, you notice any asymmetry or areas of movement, we’ll happily assess your results and recommend a touch-up if needed.
- The first 2 units are complimentary as part of your service.
- The next 2 units are 50% off the regular per-unit price.
- Any additional product beyond that will be charged at your regular per-unit rate.
Touch-ups are intended for small refinements only. Touch-ups must be completed within the same treatment cycle. This policy ensures your final results are natural, balanced, and beautiful—just like you deserve
Microneedling results develop gradually with collagen remodeling and typically require a series of treatments for best results.
For Acne & Texture:
Microneedling results build gradually as collagen and skin renewal improve. A series of treatments is recommended for best results when addressing acne scars or uneven texture. Maintenance sessions are typically suggested every 4–6 months to help maintain clearer, smoother skin.
For Fine Lines & Wrinkles:
Microneedling stimulates collagen remodeling to soften fine lines and improve skin firmness over time. Optimal results are achieved with a series of treatments, followed by maintenance sessions every 6–12 months to preserve smoother, more youthful-looking skin.
For Overall Glow & Tone:
Microneedling enhances skin radiance and refines pores through long-term collagen renewal. Results develop gradually, with maintenance treatments recommended every 6–12 months for lasting glow and improved texture.
Service Refund Policy
All treatment sales are final. Results vary per individual and adjustments are made at the provider’s discretion to ensure safety and satisfaction.
HIPAA & Confidentiality

Client Records & Consent Forms
All client forms — including treatment consents, medical history, and before/after photos — are securely stored in your Aesthetic Record Client Portal.
You can log in anytime to review or download the forms you’ve signed before treatment.
